you don’t have to be busy all the time. being productive is important, but so is resting, taking breaks, and practicing self care. you aren’t a machine. you can’t operate 24/7. you’ll be okay if you aren’t always working on something; take time to yourself.
I walked into the kitchen at what seemed like 10 in the morning and six people I didn’t recognise were there and I was like, wtf, why are there sTrAnGeRs iN mY hOuSe, and they just turned and were basically like, oh crap, and five of them dashed out the back door and one girl just walked up to me and said apologetically, “Sorry about this,” and just outright slapped me and I woke up.
thats not a dream these people were astral traveling in your house
I know it sounds fake but you really do have a lot of silent lovers on this planet who look at you and wish they had your smile or your hair color or your humor or your intellect or your intentions or your heart, your manners, your eyes, your ease, even just you. People who are too shy to tell you what they admire about you or what they wish for you or who they see themselves becoming bc of you & they’re too shy to tell you. even tho it isn’t verbalized, the universe has still heard and the universe has loved you for helping out on its creations. You’re that person. You’re you.
I succumbed to clicking this clickbait article and succumbed to looking at the comments fully

Just a reminder, but you do not need to “earn” being tired.
You’re allowed to be tired, even if you haven’t “done” anything and you’re allowed to be tired even if you did less than someone else.
Being tired is a normal thing your body does for a whole plethora of reasons, and is a basic bodily function. You don’t need to “earn” basic bodily functions, no matter what anyone else tells you.
hey hey hey this is really important, especially as a reminder to people with disorders that cause chronic exhaustion.
